Second, the collection requirements

1. Create a handwritten newspaper with the theme of "Spring Festival" or "beginning of spring" independently or with the family as the unit, and make its own title, which may include but not limited to introducing the origin and customs of Spring Festival, Spring Festival music, Spring Festival memories, New Year plans, New Year wishes, New Year scenery, etc.

2. The paper size is A4 or A3. Please indicate the name, author's name and age in the lower right corner of the work.

3. The winning works will be notified by telephone. Once the submitted work is selected, it will be regarded as the exclusive, free and long-term authorization of the organizer to exercise other legal rights except the right of signature, including the sub-authorization of related rights.

Third, the way of participation

Method 1: upload clear photos by scanning or taking them in sufficient light. Send to email :ysxtsg@sina.com.

Note personal information+work name, and submit the work.

Mode 2:

Send the work to the accreditation hall of Yishui County Library and fill in the information on the registration form.

Fourth, the exhibition of works

The online and offline submissions will be exhibited in the official WeChat account of Yishui County Library on February 15, 2022; Twenty outstanding works were selected from the works submitted online and exhibited in the painting and calligraphy exhibition area of Yishui County Library.
