The guest speaker in this issue is Mr. Hu, who enjoys a high reputation in the industry. Hu Lao has been engaged in educational administration for a long time and has experienced the development and changes of Shenyang education since the reform and opening up. He has served as director of production department, director of infrastructure department, director of financial planning department and deputy bureau inspector of Shenyang Education Bureau.
