If some commonly used software flashes back, or someone else's version is the same as yours, you can delete the software and download it again. If it still doesn't work, it may be a system problem. Try refreshing the computer or restoring factory settings. If the system with the same version as yours flashes back, it may be that the software has not adapted to ios 14.
