Baiyun District Library is located in the center of the most prosperous area, with the largest number of residents and people. Convenient transportation, green garden in the courtyard, relaxed and elegant surrounding environment, transparent, bright and comfortable lighting. The total building area is 6080 square meters. The building has four departments, namely, editing, technical guidance, external service and administrative office. There are 8 service windows for foreign service, such as accreditation consultation, adult lending room, children's reading room, newspaper reading room, electronic reading room of * * Enjoying Project Sub-center, reading area for the blind, local literature reference room and study room, with more than 5 10 reading seats. The library also has a small conference room, which can hold various meetings and lectures.

Up to now, there are about 300,000 books in the collection, which are distributed in 4 joint branches and 28 first-class circulation points in our district. There are more than 600 kinds of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, and the literature collection is increasing year by year. In 2008, the investment was 6,543,800 yuan+0,900 yuan, which provided a strong guarantee for strengthening the position construction.
