It is reported that the "One Hospital and Two Museums" project includes Guilin Grand Theatre, Guilin Museum, Guilin Library and ancillary facilities Cultural Square. The project officially started construction in February 20 10, and passed the comprehensive acceptance in February 20 13. Guilin's "One Hospital and Two Libraries" project is located in Lingui New District, with Gong Yuan North Road in the north, Shanshui Avenue in the south, Fenghuang West Road in the east and Pinggui West Road in the west. The project covers an area of 172.5 mu, with an estimated total investment of15.53 million yuan (the actually completed investment is about14.46 million yuan) and a total construction area of 106000 square meters (including Guilin Grand Theatre 19555 square meters and Guilin Museum 3/kloc). The building area of Guilin Library in Guangxi is 31.580m2, and the supporting facilities (cultural square) of Guilin Grand Theatre, Guilin Museum and Guilin Library in Guangxi cover an area of about 81.700m2, with a building area of 23,530m2.
