Shanxi Normal University's Research on Traditional Chinese Opera Cultural Relics has become an important base for the study of traditional Chinese opera folklore, which is recognized by academic circles at home and abroad because of its neat teaching staff, perfect and reasonable discipline mechanism, rich and high-quality research results and precious cultural relics collection. The transformation of an academic research field from scattered and sporadic research to a systematic discipline with independent methodology, academic tools, theoretical direction and research theme marks the maturity of this discipline. The study of traditional Chinese opera and cultural relics is a new frontier subject, and the predecessors have made great contributions. The appearance and achievements of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Opera and Cultural Relics of Shanxi Normal University not only show the irreplaceable role of this discipline in the study of traditional Chinese opera, but also indicate its broad prospects and brilliant future. Cao Fei, male, 1963 was born in Yangquan, Shanxi, and 1985 graduated from the Chinese Department of Shanxi Normal University. He received his Ph.D. in 2009 and is currently the deputy director, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Opera and Cultural Relics of Shanxi Normal University. Teaching courses include: art aesthetics, literary theory, investigation skills of traditional Chinese opera cultural relics, photography and video recording. He is mainly engaged in the study of Jin Opera culture, and has participated in many national social science projects, projects of the Ministry of Education, international exchanges between China and France and national philosophical and social science projects. He has published 2 monographs and 4 cooperative publications, and published more than 30 academic papers in such publications as Drama Research, China Opera, Folk Quyi (Taiwan Province Province) and Journal of Shanxi Normal University (Social Science Edition).

At present, he is a professor and deputy director of China Opera Research Institute, a member of the editorial board of China Opera, and a tutor for master students majoring in drama and drama. He is currently the deputy director of China Institute of Traditional Chinese Opera and Cultural Relics, and the deputy director of the editorial department of China Opera.

He used to be the director of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Opera and Cultural Relics of Shanxi Normal University, the editor-in-chief of China Opera, the executive director of China Opera Society, the vice president of China Nuo Opera Research Society and the vice president of Shanxi Classical Literature Society. Editor of Journal of Shanxi Normal University, consultant of Institute of Traditional Chinese Opera and Cultural Relics of Shanxi Normal University, tutor of master students, and deputy editor of China Opera. He is currently a director of China Opera Society, a director of China Nuo Opera Research Association, a director of China Sanqu Research Association, a director of Shanxi Branch of Chinese Dramatists Association, an executive director of Shanxi Normal University Senior Citizens Association, a consultant of Linfen Sanjin Culture Research Association, and the president of Pingding County Zhang Sanmo History and Culture Research Association.

Feng Junjie, born in 1943, is from Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. 1982 graduated from the Chinese Department of Shanxi Normal University with a master's degree in literature. At present, he is honorary president, professor, doctoral supervisor and editor-in-chief of Shanxi Normal University Theatre Academy. He is the author of Notes on Zheng Guangzu's Collection, Notes on Pipa, Textual Research on the Inscriptions of Shaanxi Opera, Comments on Sixty Kinds of Songs Edited by Chief Editor (in cooperation with Mr. Huang), Textual Research on Taihang Temple Opera and Saishe, Selected Works of China Ancient Literature, etc. His monographs include Drama and Archaeology, Shage Opera Man in Pingyao, and Shanxi Temple Fair Theater. In recent years, he has published dozens of papers in newspapers and periodicals such as Literature and Art Research, China Opera, Drama, China Culture Newspaper, Taiwan Province Folk Quyi, and North Korea China Opera. He has won the 13th China Book Award, the second prize of the first excellent paper in Shanxi Province, the first prize of the fourth outstanding achievement in social science research in Shanxi Province, the third prize of Ceng Xianzi, and the outstanding teacher award in Shanxi Province. Yang Taikang, 1936, from Pinglu, Shanxi. 1962 graduated from the Department of Education of Shanxi University, majoring in school education, and stayed on as a teacher. 1972 was revoked and transferred to the Academic Affairs Office of Shanxi Normal University. He used to be the head of the teacher department. From 1980, we began to investigate and study traditional Chinese opera cultural relics, and set up a research group on traditional Chinese opera cultural relics. From 1984, the Institute of Traditional Chinese Opera Cultural Relics was established as the deputy director until 1989. From June 1987 to June 10+0 10, he went to Bill University in Austin, Tennessee and Bridgewater College in Massachusetts to hold a one-month China Opera Culture Exhibition, and gave eight lectures as an associate researcher. Since 1979, he has published many comments and papers in Journal of Shanxi Normal University, Pu Opera Art, Qu Yuan, Folk Quyi (Taiwan Province Province) and other periodicals, and has written a book Textual Research on Sanjin Traditional Opera.
