The construction of smart library of Nanjing University and Alipay provides a new solution to the problem that students often forget or lose campus cards, which affects the borrowing of books. Meng Yong, deputy director of the library technology department of Nanjing University, said that college students can borrow books for free after being certified. Citizens can choose to borrow from the library, and they need to pay the 200 yuan deposit and the borrowing fee. The deposit can be refunded at any time.

Zhang Yanan, general manager of Alipay Smart Campus Division, said that electronic library cards will be gradually popularized in Nanjing this year, and further expanded to the whole country.
