It depends on which format your mobile phone supports.
Format of mobile e-books
The three formats of e-books are: 1 and WMLC file format; 2.K JAVA e-book; 3, plain text TXT e-book. Let's look at their respective functions.
1, WMLC file format
WMLC is the first generation of 6688 e-books, which was first realized by several provincial 6688 engine oils, creating the era of Italian e-books for mobile phones. WMLC can be viewed in any software version of 6688. WMLC is actually a WAP webpage file, but it is stored in MMC for offline browsing.
Note: E-books in WMLC format are suitable for Siemens 36 18, 66 18, 6688i, 2 128, S57, M55, etc. , which has dynamic memory and supports WAP postscript. Generally speaking, WMLC e-books need to be downloaded through data lines and related software.
2.K JAVA ebook
Compared with WMLC e-books, JAVA e-books have made great progress, which can be said to be real e-books: you can set bookmarks, jump pages and so on. However, there are still some shortcomings in use: for example, when you return to the table of contents after reading a chapter, the cursor will not automatically stay in the next chapter, so remember which chapter you just read, otherwise you will choose the wrong one and the speed will be very slow.
Note: E-book files in this format can only be used on mobile phones supporting JAVA, such as Siemens 6688i, 3 1 18, 2 128, S57, M55, MOTO 388C, T720, V730, etc. In addition to connecting with the computer through data cable, it can also be downloaded through GPRS and other network modes.
3, plain text TXT e-books
Reading TXT e-books with a micro reader. Compared with the above two kinds of e-books, microreader is an epoch-making progress of mobile phones in the field of e-books. From then on, 6688 can be regarded as a professional e-book reader: it can automatically adjust the speed to turn pages, set bookmarks, set font spacing, switch codes, re-enter the place where it left last time after exiting, and support oversized TXT files (10M or more). The speed of opening files is much faster than that of previous e-books ... As we all know, TXT files are very rich on the Internet, so there is no need to make e-books for use. Even HTML is actually a TXT file, and it is easy to convert it into TXT. All these advantages make 6688 truly a small mobile library, and with MMC, the capacity of this mobile library can be expanded infinitely.
Note: this format of e-books also needs your mobile phone to support JAVA, preferably with large memory space, especially suitable for mobile phones that support external memory cards.
