Long Fu Govern Pagoda was built in Yongzheng period of Qing Dynasty. It is an octagonal five-level pavilion-like masonry tower with a single wall of 20 meters high. Each floor is made of water chestnut tooth bricks and overhanging bricks alternately to form a waist eaves and a false flat seat, and the first to fourth floors are respectively inlaid with stone tablets such as "Two Songs of Light Teng", "Egret from the sky", "People are in harmony" and "Stars gather five kui".
Long Fu Govern Pagoda is a Feng Shui Pagoda in the village. It sits on a 2.475-meter-high red stone foundation and a pavilion-style blue brick pagoda from east to west. The tower was originally seven stories, but for some reason, it was demolished by two stories in the late Qing Dynasty. Therefore, the shape and proportion of this tower are different from other towers. This tower is an octagonal double-eaves building. Each side of the bottom layer is 2.445 meters long and its circumference is 19.56 meters. The architectural features of Fulong Pagoda are relatively rare in similar buildings in the Pearl River Delta.
At the end of 2003, construction of Guta Park started, and it was opened to the public in June 2005.
Long Fu Govin Tower is now a municipal cultural relic protection unit.
