Among them, only the first two fire hydrants of Agricultural Bank of China and Wankelong Supermarket can be used normally on Ganyue Avenue, and only 1 fire hydrant behind Wuyi Shopping Plaza can be used normally on Yingbin Avenue, and none of the fire hydrants in century avenue is waterless. There are no municipal fire hydrants on Desheng Avenue, and the number of fire hydrants that can be used normally in urban areas does not exceed 50%, which seriously affects the needs of fire fighting and rescue.
According to the relevant regulations, the damaged municipal fire hydrant is repaired by the municipal water supply department, and the cost is charged in the urban maintenance fee. Urban fire water supply construction should be included in the overall urban planning, and its funds should be included in the local fixed assets investment plan. To this end, our brigade suggests that the construction of public fire control facilities should be planned, constructed and implemented simultaneously when developing the new western area. If the public fire control facilities in the old city cannot meet the needs of fire fighting and emergency rescue, they should be built, rebuilt or technically transformed in time, and fire hydrants, fire pools and natural water intake facilities should be built.
